The seller replied very fast before selling the product, as soon as the item got sold the seller hardly replied.
The product was purchased on Thursday and the seller never shipped. The seller did give word 3 times, to ship it on 3 different days but never did. Hence, he refunded me on the 7th day.

Device was shipped and received exactly as advertised, would purchase again. Shipping was slow but otherwise perfect transaction.

Device is in pretty good kit, not sure I'd say 'mint' for it, some scratches in the edging showing the silver aluminum, but overall the important parts are flawless. Phone was unlocked but arrived in a relocked condition and HTC's unlock site was giving errors while trying to unlock the bootloader again, I'm not sure what that was about as their 'support' was not up to the task of assisting me. Went with Sunshine, and while I spent an additional $25 I didn't want to spend, it's where I expected it to be. Not the seller's fault, aside from relocking the phone. Took a bit to ship, but arrived quickly once it was.

Dropped one star for the not-unlocked bootloader, slow shipping, and slightly-less-than-mint condition, but really, it's more or less what I was expecting.

I have received the item as described. Swift shipping

The device I purchased arrived as described in mint condition. The seller also was quick to respond to communication.
However, -1 star for taking a long time to ship(I waited for 5 days from purchase time), however when he shipped he did apologize and sent the package via 2 day shipping.

Overall he is a good seller and I would buy from him again.

Phone was not as described. Seller had great response time to issue, but would not resolve defectiveness of the device, phone was over heating and has terrible lag issues, performing factory reset did not fix, I suspect damanged lithium in the battery. The shipping was great, but if you buy from this seller, they will not return under any circumstances. Unfortunately I am out the money and a phone. I will continue to sell phones on swappa, but because swappa cannot compel a seller to issue a refund or issue ones themselves, it is pointless to purchase devices here.

Extremely/Insanely poor communication. Seller still shipped even after I requested cancellation after waiting so long (almost 2 weeks) for communication/shipping/refund. Received item almost a month later. Original LG G Pad 8.3 device arrived in Google Play Edition LG G Pad box. Item in great condition. Seller refused refund/return/responsibility in horrible transaction.

Initial communication could have been a little better but the tablet was exactly as expected. Shipping could have been quicker but it could have been that he was waiting on cleare funds.
