Seller advertises an iPhone 6S Plus from T-Mobile (Sealed/Brand New) with no balance. I promptly received a brand new sealed iPhone 6S plus. To my shock, when I contacted T-Mobile post activation, the phone now has a $749.99 balance due to T-Mobile.

After I notify the seller of the incident and that I put a dispute via PayPal to protect myself, the seller became very rude, and unprofessional. The seller even suggested I keep the phone and if in the future there is a problem, he'll take care of me. Not a chance.

Based upon my single experience with the seller, I would not recommend this seller due to the poor customer service and lack of verifying the product he sells. Do not make my mistake. Trust the reviews you are reading on swappa.com.

the shiping was fine but the product was not as avertised. user does not reply.

I give this seller no stars (I had to choose at least one star). He was not prompt with communications and he did not provide the item as agreed when I purchased it on here. He sold it by other means. It took him almost 5 days to respond to any comments. I am very disappointed. This was the first time that I used Swappa and it was not a pleasant experience.

Phone as described, and shipped quickly. However the phone was poorly packed in just a loose back in a box. No padding. The phone came out just fine (hence the 5 stars), but a careless postal worked could have easily resulted in a broken phone.
