It was stated "the screen is flawless." In fact, the screen had a scratch deep enough to be identified with your fingernail, and it extended from below the camera to the right side of the screen. The pictures were misleading and avoided exposure of the scratch. I provided two stars for the quick response time (even if with unprofessional verbal language), and for the negotiation/quick reimbursement result of the less than accurate description. I understand this is a used device; I don't tolerate misleading descriptions and images of a product, nor accusations that my intentions are dishonest. I would not recommend this seller to anyone, nor will I purchase from them again.
