Item was marked as mint with no scratches or burring around the edge, but there were some fairly decent sized gashes that looked to have been touched up with sharpie to hide them. Ask for close up pictures before purchasing, still worth the price of your are okay with what you see.

Phone definitely in mint condition. Only issue is that the charger included is not an original and not the 2 'pronged' cable needed for downloads. If the charger had been original or at least the correct cord for this model phone, the rating would have been 5 stars.

The phone I received is not at all in the condition advertised. The phone was marked as being in excellent condition with no scratches on the screen, back or bezel. You couldn't tell by the photos but the only area not covered with scratches and nick is the screen. the phone was obviously dropped repeatedly. As for the screen, the bottom half of the screen is covered with splotches of screen bleed and the display is damaged internally on the top two corners causing the colors are inverted in these areas.

The phone does work with the carriers stated and functionally works so I'll give them that. Additionally, I'm sure the phone was not intentionally misrepresented. It's just unfortunate that I needed a phone quickly so I'm stuck using this.

Bad phone and the seller did NOT return my money. PayPal had to make it good for me. Don't buy from this guy!!!

Excellent seller to work with. Equipment was as described and working.

The phone that was sent to me was not the one advertised. Instead i got one with some light damage when it was advertised as mint. When asked if i could get the one advertised I was told that they had probably sold that one as they have a high volume of sales in a week.

They offered me a $10 refund and i was very happy with that. However, they need to double and triple check the phones they send out to make sure that the right phones are going out to the right buyers. I wish I could have gotten the mint phone that was advertised for the price.

Overall the seller was very helpful in assisting me with the issue. Just be sure to check the phone they send you to make sure the one advertised was the one they sent.
