seller shipped a phone that was not factory reset and the camera did not work. I tried to resolve the issue through swappa but seller did not respond and the swappa staff was not helpful and told me to take it up with paypal.

The screen has light scratches on it. Very minimal but it was advertised as perfect. Some can be felt. The seller is also unresponsive. I am going to return it. I do not recommend this seller.

I would say the phone's condition was slightly overstated. The three scratches mentioned are far more noticeable than the pictures show. But, I also could have asked for better images of the scratches first. Phone was packaged well enough to not get damaged and everything seems to be working fine.

Seller overstated condition of phone. He listed it as mint and fully functional. It had numerous scratches, the flash,flashlight did not work and the phone had cord connection issues. I do not recommend buying from this seller. He is unresponsive, and does not care about what he sells only about getting your cash for goods that are not worth it. He will apologize but does not put any real effort in trying to make things right when he has sold some one a bill of goods.
