Phone shipped and arrived very shortly after the order was placed. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the phone, so it had to be returned, but Steve was very professional and took care of the issue properly and promptly. Would definitely buy from him again in the future if I need another used phone!

Phone received ended up not working for us. Communication with seller about the phone was very slow until Swappa staff helped. Phone was returned and communication about refund was also slow, but refund happened almost instantly when Swappa staff helped again. I wish the communication had been faster so that we wouldn't have been without a working phone so long, but I appreciate the fact that the seller did work with us.
