The entire process was quick and painless.

I am extremely disappointed to learn that this device is not in fact a Verizon device. I've had several network compatibility issues over the last few days and contacted both Verizon and Apple. After extensive talks with customer service and Tech support I was informed that this device was not created by Apple for Verizon and instead was created either unlocked or for another carrier. It was either dishonest or lazy on the sellers part to not double check that before placing it on swappa under the wrong category. I am also disappointed in swappa'a oversight of the fact that this device was not checked before being posted in the Verizon category

Shipping was super fast but phone was listed as mint condition which is why I paid more for a mint condition phone because I wanted a clean screen however the screen showed clear signs of wear and two significant scratches across the front of it. Maybe it happened during shipping as the phone wasn't shipped in a box, just two layers of bubble wrap.
