No communication or shipping from seller for over a week. Eventually issued a refund as they could not fulfill the sale.

Item as described! I won't be able to activate it right away so I can't confirm functionality, but I don't expect any issues.

Received the phone right away, but the home button wasn't working about every 4th to 5th click. Eric agreed to replace the phone. Since I was having to pay for return shipping he agreed to replace the phone with one in mint condition.

A few days later I received a phone back from Eric. I noticed a scratch in the exact same place as the original phone, which he tried to cover up with an old case. I checked and the ESN number was identical to the first phone he sent. He had received the original phone back from me and hastily tried to repair it and send it back. However, this time the Wi-Fi didn't work and the phone rebooted about every 2 minutes.

A PayPal dispute and a month later (he was on vacation for 2 weeks), I finally got my money back.

* * Paid for a good condition iPhone
* * Received a bad iPhone: pictures taken from the front camera look blurry, 2 dead spots on the screen, WIFI short-range issue, probably repaired in a improper way
** Contacted this seller for a return, and waited 10 days without a word of reply
** Forced return and refund by PayPal after another 10 days
** Wasted time and return shipping cost
** What a horrible experience!
