I debated whether to give this seller 2 or 3 stars. I went with 2 because she was intentionally deceptive. She represented this item as new, but when I received it, I found that it had been activated before. This caused an issue with Sprint that I thought was the fault of the MVNO. I discovered 9 frustrating months later, the problem was due to the previous activation.

When I brought it to her attention, she wasn't apologetic and called it a valid sale, when clearly it wasn't. Because 9 months had passed, she said it was beyond her responsibility, as if time forgives dishonesty.
