Shipped quickly, gave a great description, phone is working beautifully. I would buy from him again. Took one star away because batteries were shipped dead. Since product came with an external charger, I expected the batteries to have a charge, and shipping dead batteries is a good way to shorten their lifespan. That is my only complaint.
