Difficult to get in touch with; The listing was for a brand new unit, however the device had sign of usages, had SIM card in the phone, battery was completely drained and scratches on the screen protector, the back plastic was taken off then re-applied. Promised a refund of $20 because of the misleading condition, never got back to me for past 3 days and no sign of refund. 1/10/15

Item received as described and also did reduce the price when requested for. Shipping came with an Insurance too..
Fast responses on the sale page, but I think it needs to improve after the sale takes place.
I would recommend this seller!
