Advertised a Galaxy S7 as "very clean" and in "MINT" condition and "only used for a couple of weeks". I received it and it had multiple scratches on the screen AND back, as well as the fingerprint reader.

I looked hard in at the pictures in the listing after I received the phone and it's clear that none of them were in angles that showed the scratches.

He offered to immediately refund me, or knock down the price once I complained. He definitely knew and misled me. There was NO miscommunication.

Oh, and the included quick-charging charger stopped working after the first day. I'm pretty pissed at this buyer for giving me a crap phone that has obviously been around the block and trying to pass it off as mint by lying and using deceitful pictures. This seller sucks. Beware.

If it seems like he has a good deal for you, he's probably lying through his teeth about it.

Request LOTS of pictures and force him to answer about the exact condition. Liar.
