Good stuff, i didn't give 5 cause you should really wrap it up better when you mail it out. it could get busted on the way

iphone came in perfect working condition. Seller had great communication. Phone was not accurately represented in it's condition. It had large gouges on the edge, and seller would hardly acknowledge I had an issue with it being misrepresented (even after posting pictures of the damage). Will not deal with again.

Condition as described and although ultimately compatible with listed network, was not actually a native network phone (Sprint).

HORRIBLE SELLER. I have never had an issue purchasing a phone on Swappa until now. Very disappointed. A few reasons why

1) Packaging was very minimal and unprotected. Phone was wrapped in bubble wrap, then put in a plastic envelope. Seller obviously did not want to pay more to keep phone more protected.

2) Phone was described as 'nearly mint' by seller, with light scratches that are barely visible. That's the first thing I noticed when I pulled out the phone. Very visible scratches all throughout, especially on the metallic apple on the back.

3) Was not able to activate phone through sprint because it was still 'under contract'. Noted issue to seller, and he simply told me to 'buy a sim'. That is an additional $15 charge I wasn't aware of, making the phone $350 instead of $335, and adding more time being phoneless.

4) Noted issues and concerns with seller and wanted to return the phone. No response, very uncommunicative. Offered no solution.

Would not recommend.

This is a high volume seller, so he doesn't necessarily know every pit and scratch as intimately as someone who is selling a phone they used. The phone I received had dings in the corners that were not mentioned. That being said, seller was very responsive and easy to deal with, so if the potential buyer would like more detail I'm sure the seller would able to give a more complete description of a particular phone if asked. Shipping was prompt, phone works well, not locked, great price.

Packaging couldve been better. Phone was barely wrapped and box had many dents.

Deceptive seller. Phone is still in contract, he didn't mention that. I am stuck now with this phone and can't unlock without paying another $100. Stay away from his phones.

Perfect seller. Received exactly as described. Made it to my door across the country in 2 days after purchasing.
