Initially, I thought the phone was in good condition and the seller communicated very well before and during the purchase. There were no physical signs of damage, etc. However, I came to find it would not work. It suffered from dropped calls and dropped signal. I compared it with identical phones and ran tests to confirm that the hardware was faulty. I asked the seller for a return as it was still within his 7 day return window. He never responded. Swappa staff was very helpful, but after a few weeks, I decided to send it in to the manufacturer for repair. All in all, it was more hassle than it was worth.
