The shipment arrived okay.
The phone was packaged well but the adapter was wrapped in postage tape which has left very stubborn sticky residue all over it that I cannot clean (why not just a plastic bag instead?! :) )
As for the phone it looks like a factory replacement phone as promised, with good battery, but there were fingerprint marks and a couple minor scratches on the wood upon receiving that don't go away with cleaning -- also there seems to be an issue with the call volumes and noise in earpiece that may be just a manufacturing problem. Otherwise, it's good.
