Seller never refunded. He failed to communicate. He gave PayPal a fake tracking number. A big hassle to get my money back.

bad seller, sent me a locked cell and did not want me to solve the problem. I do not recommend anyone buy this person

I bought a phone listed as an iPhone 6 Plus and was sent an iPhone 6. The seller (rudely) admitted that they listed it incorrectly and requested that I ship it back, which I did. The seller claimed that it was impossible for them to issue a refund through Paypal, so I was forced to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. I had to eat the return shipping costs. Overall, this seller was slow to communicate on the issue and was often rude, using all caps, etc. There are better sellers to buy from, I would avoid this one.

The tablet/computer came with a large permanent yellowish discoloration on the left side of the screen. The buyer did not disclose this information in the details of the listing, nor did he/she make this screen defect apparent in images. Thankfully, the warranty for the device will cover the defect but now I've had to spend additional time and money fixing something I shouldn't be responsible for. Future buyers beware.

AVOID THIS SELLER! he sold me an icloud-locked iphone 5s (unusable), wasted my time arguing that it wasn't locked. Swappa finally forced him to take the phone back, and then after I mailed it, ignored me for over a week post-delivery. I had to start a Paypal claim to try to get my money back. What a nightmare!

Device was ofered as in mint condition, it came with some deep scratches in its casing. Also the communication of the seller is awful. He never replied any of my msgs.
