Daniel is a great guy to work with. My son dropped the SIM tray while opening up the box. I thought Daniel forgot to include the tray in the shipment. So I called him up. He is sincere and responsive. He offered me several ways to resolve the issue including full refund, purchase a new tray for me, etc. Luckily I found the tray on the floor and resolved the issue. Phone is great and is what he has advertised.
