Phone was reported as stolen. Was able to activate it initially but when I tried changing to my account the phone is reported as stolen.

Look through reviews- not the first instance of this happening to this seller.

I received the device but a previous account was registered to the phone. I tried to activate the phone by calling Spring but they wouldn't do it because it was registered to someone else. I took the phone to Best Buy and Sprint and both stores could not register the device for the same problem. Swappa checked and confirmed the problem. The phone was likely stolen and cannot be reactivated. Alex (the seller) denied the problem the whole time without any assistance. You're taking a gamble if you buy from him. Sometimes phone memories can be swiped but if they are reported as stolen they won't work, so be careful who you buy from.
