The seller refused to pay for the return shiping cost after we both confirmed the terms of return and the seller received the item.
According to the seller, PERFECT / EXCELLENT condition consists dents, scratches, tears, and wear. A deep scratch is not a crack that is considered as perfect/excellent condition as well. Good luck on your purchase.

Packaging wasn't great, and seller should have indicated damage (melted / overheated section with repair) to charging cable. Laptop is as described.

Sorry for the delayed response for the sale. The MBP arrived quickly and in the condition as advertised.

Unfortunately there was a small flaw with the product when it arrived. It was a small enough defect that the seller could have made things really tough, but they were very responsive and open to a solution from the start. The seller didn't notice the defect or maybe it was even caused during shipping, but I do not believe they tried to sell me a defective product knowingly. In the end I decided to send the product back, but the Seller was a class act through the whole process and promptly gave me a refund.

If I could give more than a single thumbs-up I would. Item was completely as advertised and arrived quicker than expected. Seller was responsive to all of my questions/comments and was very professional. Excellent buying experience!

I received the iPhone and it was a fake iphone. I reported this to the seller and he was prompt to communicate. He said he would provide a full refund when the item was returned. He was very kind to take responsibility for the item and apologized for not knowing the item was a fake.
