The phone is a new usb C type charger, he included the wrong charging cord which forced me to have to go out and buy one before I could activate or check out the phone. 2nd star because the phone was fine.

Seller advertised same day priority shipping. I did not receive my device until 6 days after payment. The fast shipping was one reason I went with this seller. Disappointed in the false advertising.

This seller sent me a broken, unworking phone. I immediately notified the seller, and he advised for me to send it back. Once he received the phone I heard nothing. Only after posting twice through Swappa did he comment that he believed I tampered with the phone. He would not reimburse me and now had the phone. He was sleezy and tried to take my money. I had to take it up with PayPal, who finally reimbursed me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE SELLER!!

Phone shipped immediately, and I received it in absolutely no time. Came well-packaged and with the included screen protector. My only minor issue is that I was told the screen was flawless, which is *almost* true - there is one visible scratch. However, I've have the phone for a few days, and it's perfect. Looks exactly like the photos, super speedy, and best of all the battery is amazing. Overall, I couldn't be happier!!!

Phone arrived super fast (ordered on Friday evening and got here by Monday morning), and was in mint condition out of the box just as advertised. I spent a couple of days giving it a test run to make sure everything was in working order, and, so far, it has been flawless. Pleasure doing business!

the battery doesn't charge, u gave me a fake iPhone charger, no headphones, and u removed the original sim card, theirs a problem with the hardware,no physical damage, it didn't even come in the original box.
