the seller is a thief. He sells blacklisted phones and will not pay when you return them to him! CROOK, Liar etc... Stay away, and do not expect swappa to help you either. all they say is you better return the $ or you will be in bad standing.. they say that over and over again. Your better off buying on ebay @ least they help you in the claims process unlike the swappa staff. in any event stay away from this seller his products are stolen and you will not get your money back!

Phone was described as having just 2 dings on the bezel. After receiving the device I found 3 additional cracks in the bezel and a piece of metal missing by the power button. Even though the seller was at fault for not properly describing the phone they still made me pay for shipping to return the device. Buy with caution or request good pictures of the device to determine the state it is in. Or risk losing $15.

Phone shipped quickly in apparent excellent condition; however, the phone would not charge. Seller did not acknowledge the issue until a PayPal claim was filed. Seller agreed that there was an issue with the phone and we agreed to return the phone for a refund. The seller would not accept receipt of the phone, so the PayPal claim had to be escalated. Cannot recommend.
