Seller did not disclose that phone could not be activated and did not respond to repeated requests for information on returning it. Seller did not respond until Paypal forced the return of the money I paid him. I would not recommend this seller. Apparent dishonesty as well as lack of communication. Swappa staff was extremely helpful in resolving this, though -- thanks.
