The phone is an employee edition, which wasn't disclosed, and affected activating the phone only in a Verizon employee asking me how I acquired it. (I was told employee phone transfers are now forbidden, but the employee received this phone before the prohibition.) The question came up only because I had to go to Verizon to get a SIM card. I didn't want to wait for one by mail.) The rim dings are present in the photos, but I bought a tech21 case that both covers them and provides good protection from future dings. Overall a good phone and a good sale.

Really attentive seller, however 1 star taken away because phone said "working perfectly" and the microphone wasn't working which I think is something that should always be checked since the main component on the phone is being able to talk on it. It was some type of software defect I believe but nonetheless should have been checked. Additionally his packaging isn't so great. Phone was in a plastic zip sleeve wrapped with ONE sheet of newspaper. Should put more care in items like these.

However, This seller really made sure to make things right and follow through fairly on the refund. Quick responses, and apologetic. Mistakes happen and I know this seller does his best so I would definitely buy from again, just double check before hand on main phone components.

John was quick to answer my questions and when I needed the iPhone 6s 64gb sent overnight, he was able to do so for a nominal fee and I received the phone less than 24 hours after ordering!
