To the sellers credit, I was issued a full refund. If you scan reviews of the seller you'll see a bunch of them mention that the phone wasn't in exactly the condition as listed in the ad. One reviewer mentioned the phone he received didn't have a functional microphone, another that the digital pen didn't work with his, another that the phone was blacklisted. I just don't believe he really checks all of his products thoroughly.
My product was completely messed up in many ways not described in the ad. The software was modified, which wasn't listed. Apps crashed every 15 to 30 seconds over and over making the phone unusable. I couldn't even get through set up on the phone without it hard crashing many times. The phone would hard crash 10 times per day or so. The notification light was completely broken. Finally, I asked to be offered money back for return shipping and got no response.
But he did refund me the cost of the phone. I wouldn't buy from this seller.
phone came weeks after order. i had to track it myself and open an investigation with US postal service. old label on box used to shipped apparently was scanning versus my shipping address. very frustrating. when phone arrived the flimsy box was crushed and phone was not even wrapped. it was just sitting in flimsy box. i was shocked it actually worked after traveling all over country in the mail.

The device came with a screen burn-in!! Terrible transaction also the charger plug sent with the device didnt work!
Phone arrived a day late without a SIM card. Cannot connect to ATT as advertised without one. Disappointing. Other than that, it sees okay. But that is a big downer.
The screen was actually covered in light scratches as opposed to "a few" and are visible with the screen on. I would not describe the phone as "near mint". The screen has OLED burn which is common, but should have been mentioned.
Purchased a used HTC One X ($115) to replace my phone that was stolen. Phone was advertised as in "near mint" condition, with "a couple of light scratches on the back". The phone was actually very scuffed all over the back, and the main (rear) camera lens was cracked, as well as being very scratched. The scuffing on the back is not a problem, as I will have a case on the phone, but a cracked camera lens is not OK. When I notified the seller, he offered a full refund (if I shipped it back), or a $5 credit. It took a week to receive this phone, and I don't want to buy another phone, and have to wait again. Not happy with this seller.
had to buy a SIM card so add that to you bill .... get said card and find out the phone was never deactivated....completely unusable! more trouble than this was worth!
Device arrived with broken camera. Not as advertised, and not mint.
Seller was not able to diagnose an obvious issue with the device.
Recommend caution before buying.
Be careful. Phone did noy meet specification. Had no wi-fi connection
Horrible seller wouldn't want to give me a full refund after the device didn't work as advertised. kept crashing and stopping all the time.
