Seller listed the iPhone as "unlocked", and the phone is "locked" when I received it. This has been confirmed by the online checker in imeidata.com.

Seller is not cooperative with return, and I have to go through Paypal dispute to get refund less shipping.

Will avoid this seller in the future.

Item received in perfect condition, The only discrepancy was advertised color...but that was not a big deal at all to us. We were very happy with this device! And Very happy with communication from the Seller! This is our first SWAPPA experience...and we would use it again...

The phone came exactly as described and included everything listed and shown in the posting. I would certainly consider my purchase to be a remarkable deal! The shipping was very quick, too (two days).
