Very disappointed. The phone I received 1) was not able to receive a charge. It came mostly charged but was not able to be charged again. And 2) the AT&T store confirmed it was broken and could not be swapped into my name. I had to receive the phone, take it to an AT&T store for over an hour as they tried everything they could to get it to work including calling IT, drive back home, ship the phone back, and wait weeks for a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could have gotten it sooner but that's life I guess.

I received the phone, it looks the same as the pictures. Seller promised 2 day shipping but took awhile to ship the phone out. I got it on the third day. Also, the battery life on this phone is HORRIBLE.

Communication was quick, clear, and honest. Shipping was fast, and packaging was good. The Note 7 was in perfectly mint condition as advertised. The phone had to be returned for other unforeseen issues on both sides, but the return and refund process through Sail Phones and Swappa went just as smoothly as the purchase. Would definitely recommend this seller.

There was a slight scratch on the screen when received and a fair bit or ware around the bezel, wouldn't necessarily mark it was mint, however it is still satisfactory and arrived in a very timely fashion.

I had to call Sail Phones and figure out what they had set as the Passcode on the phone prior to shipping it to me. Once we had that figured out, it was smooth sailing from there. The phone was exactly as advertised. It works great.
