The phone came quickly and in was in great condition (better than what I was expecting). The packaging was more than enough to have the phone arrive safely. When there was an issue with the phone not being truly unlocked (the seller had also been unaware it wasn't unlocked--he had purchased it as an "unlocked" phone as well) he contacted AT&T to have them unlock it for me. He also was willing to give me a refund if I couldn't get the phone to work on my network. Everything did work out, but he was willing to make things right if they didn't. He was an excellent and very supportive seller!
