Cellular Freedom

Frustrating experience. Phone was billed as being in perfect working order but within the first day it started shutting down randomly and required being plugged in to restart. Seller paid for return shipping and offered to fix the phone. It took them close to a week to diagnose the problem which could not be remedied. They issued me a refund but they experienced an issue with their PayPal account which held that process up several more days. They were cooperative and helpful but perhaps going forward, their pre-sale inspections could be more thorough to prevent similar situations.

Phone was shipped promptly but was packaged poorly (no bubble wrapping). iPhone 6 sold as mint, however the screen has a one inch scratch in the upper right portion of the screen. Box was dirty and had numerous small markings and dings. Feel this phone should have been marked as Good and not mint.
