It took longer for the phone to be recieved because there was some issues on the seller's cellular provider Sprint but the seller went out of their way to help get the phone activated.
Device was in good condition and exactly as described, shipping was very prompt. Sprint had some wires crossed on their side that caused a little bit of activation issues, but Patrice was extremely helpful in getting everything straightened out, including spending over an hour on the phone with Sprint support. Thanks Patrice!
