My first time buying a device at swappa and its a great experience.. Thanks to this seller. Looking forward on upgrading my phone and buy from this seller.

Phone was not new as listed on the ad. Phone had Verizon sim card instead of a Sprint sim card. Missing earbuds and a clear screen protector on the phone. All points leading to a used phone. Seller did reimburse me for a new Sprint sim card.

This was my first experience using Swappa. There were issues with the cosmetic condition of the item not being as described in the listing. If this was an individual selling their personal phone I'd see that as a major problem, but it appears that this seller has a business or store of some sort based on their volume of sold devices. I can understand under those circumstances that things can sometimes slip through the cracks. I bought from this seller based on their previous feedback being excellent, and now I know why their feedback is so good. This seller has excellent customer service and communication. We worked out a reasonable solution for both parties and I'm completely satisfied with this transaction. I have to admit I was pretty nervous, especially considering this was my first time doing anything on Swappa, but this seller really came through for me. Thanks again and keep up the good work! You're an asset to Swappa.

Overall, very happy with the purchase and it arrived in a timely manner, in the exact condition as listed. The only thing I didn't realize was that a SIM card was not included in the phone, despite it being new. That was my mistake and ended up taking a bunch of time to resolve with my cellular provider. It would have been nice of the seller to make note of this in a sale of a "new" item.
