Device seems to work okay and a small minor scratch near the top of the phone. The only thing that really bugs me a little is the sound sounds a bit muffled when recording video but other than that is seems to be in working order. I was able to use it on my plan no problem. Overall, I'd say this seller is highly reliable and trustworthy and I would probably buy from them again. Also, thank you for the fast shipping!

Seller misrepresented an item. The iPhone was not unlocked. I sent the phone to another country as a present only to find out later that it can't be used because of At&T lock. I lost $140 (overseas shipping fees) because of sellers dishonesty.
Swappa: Seller was very rude and intentionally deceptive.
Please be careful with this person.
