Deadbeat seller. Device was never shipped, even though a tracking number was provided. Had to file a Paypal claim to get a refund. Buyer beware should this account ever be re-activated.

Had to return the phone. Do paypal dispute.. IMEI number discrepancy..

Didn't read the special instructions until AFTER he mailed phone - too late. Phone was as described - good condition, but no box or charger.
