The phone was listed as good and described as "mint/like new", except for two pictured dings. Yet, upon receiving the phone there were several more chips and signs of wear then was stated in the description.

ALSO, the seller never said anything about a dead pixel which the phone has. Reading other reviews it seems this is how the seller does business.

Buyers BEWARE and inspect photos closely. When things are too good to be true...

The screen's condition was a little worse than described, but overall a good seller. Shipping was fast.

So the sale didn't actually work out, turns out the ESN considered the phone lost or stolen, which probably happened after the phone's IMEI was put up on Swappa or the seller didn't copy the right one down. Either way, the seller was immediately apologetic and offered a refund once I mailed the phone back. Their responses were not too immediate through the process, but everyone has a life that doesn't involve dealing with annoying sale mishaps. So Drew and Swappa refunded my money with no arguments, which is the important thing.

This guy had taken every possible picture of the phone except the ones that show the cosmetic damages. i would have believed he "forgot" to picture the dents and blemishes but then i've read his feedback and it seems this is his way of action around here. DONT DO MY MISTAKE AND READ THE FEEDBACK BEFORE BUYING, this will save you lots of time trying to get your money back.

Everything looks great. I had a couple hiccups with it being my first time messing with an iPhone and setting things up on my own, but the seller was attentive and quick to respond to my issues that turned out to not be issues at all.

This guy has to be the worst seller on this site. Everything seemed fine at first, but the phone didn't work properly when I got it. Whether this was his fault or not, I'll never know, but he told me to resend it to him, which I did promptly. At that point, this ridiculous d-bag decided to stop responding to anything and refuse to respond to requests for a refund. I SENT THE PHONE BACK, HE RECEIVED IT, AND THEN REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY!!!! The worst part? Read his feedback, HE'S DONE THIS TO PEOPLE BEFORE! Thankfully Paypal refunded my money. I'm still angry that I'm out the $6 to ship the piece of crap phone back to this guy. Why he is still allowed to sell on Swappa is beyond me, I wish they would pay attention and remove him. Beware, he probably resold the bad phone!
