Item arrived quickly but was very poorly packaged (wrapped in only a sheet of paper and no additional padding or protection). Item was not as described, device was listed by seller as "Excellent Condition" but both the device and case had multiple scratches and scuffs. Seller refused to communicate regarding item condition and package inclusions. I would not recommend this seller for future purchases.

This iphone was "fair" at best. It had scratches on the front and the power button was sticking real bad.
