The seller did not communicate at all at first. But after contacting me and explaining what happened, the seller shipped the phone right away. Even though the phone could've gotten to me sooner, I understand we all have bad days.

I have ordered I phone 5S, from this seller. This Seller lied and has made a false advertisement that the phone is unlocked but the was locked and it was in contract with AT&T. I have not heard anything from the seller once he got the payment. Unfortunately I have to file a PayPal dispute and claim in order to get the full refund, which is waste of time and unnecessary work. I don't recommend this seller.
