I had an issue with the device being rooted but the seller was very helpful and offered an easy return process and full refund upon receipt of the Note 5.

The phone was shipped and received right on time. However it was not secured in the box and no bubble wrap or anything else was used to cushion it during transit. The phone could be heard rattling around inside the box when I got it out of my mailbox. Needless to say i am not very happy about that. Thankfully the phone was not damaged.
