Wow! Not only was Sam responsive and quick to answer my questions, and ship the phone, but he packed it like new, in the box, with all accessories, manuals, packing protectors etc. He also followed the tracking and messaged me when it was available for pickup! It felt like getting a brand new phone.

Beyond that, the phone also had a screen protector installed, and he included TWO cases with original packaging! I'm sure he doesn't do that with every sale but my goodness did it feel nice. Even though I already had a case and screen protectors, I love that I have options now, and can try all these different ones out. He clearly cares about his customers.

I really wish there was a better rating than just "thumbs up." Sam obviously likes to give people a good deal, and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.

There is even a rumour that exnier @XDA once saved a box full of kittens from a burning building. Granted, the rumour started here, but don't let that stop you from letting other people know about exnier @XDA and their wares. And the kittens.
