Due to an unforeseen incident, this sell was a rather long process. However, the seller's communication was timely, and he made concessions for all of the inconveniences incurred. He refunded some of the cost and included a charger free of charge. I would definitely buy from him again!

Cons: The description can be more clear regarding what's included and what's not. "Brand new and never used" is kind of misleading for a phone with a cable only. It was a little frustrating after receiving the package for unable to charge and use the phone.

However, the seller quickly responded to my email and offered a refund a charger. I bought a charger and the phone worked beautifully so far. I feel the seller is responsible and honest with good communication and willingness of solving any problems. I will recommend this seller.

I bought a phone from Bashar that was blacklisted a week after I got it; I contacted Bashar and he explained that he bought it from his friend's customer (obviously that person had fraudulent intentions) and he jumped into action to make things right: he refunded the purchase for the blacklisted phone and went out of his way to get this phone to sell to me to replace the blacklisted one. Thanks, Bashar! I think if you buy from Bashar you're not going to get a phone that ends up on the blacklist because I think he won't make that mistake again--but if it does happen, you can be sure that Bashar will go out of his way to make it right and that kind of assurance counts for a lot.

UPDATE July 3, 2014: the phone was AT&T blacklisted a week after receipt; Bashar indicates he bought it from a seller who clearly had bad intentions; at his request, I shipped the phone back to him and PayPal is in the process of refunding the purchase price and Bashar has already refunded the return shipping. In addition, he went out of his way to purchase a replacement phone to sell to me via a separate Swappa transaction. It is my belief that Bashar got burned (that is, he did not know the phone he sold us would get blacklisted) and I appreciate that he went to great effort and expense to make sure I was taken care of.
