Phone worked very well except it always gave me an error that the back cover was not properly on tightly. This was annoying. 7 mos later and now the computer is giving me issues. Hanging up angun muting calls automatically. I should have returned it when I first purchased it. But I needed a phone immediately. Lesson learned.

Received the device a week after ordering. No communication was received about when the device would ship even when requested. The phone had a ding on the one corner and a couple of very minor dings around a couple of the edges. It would have been nice to know that before I received the phone because I would have asked for some money off the price. Otherwise, the phone was as described (screen with no scratches, etc.). So, minus 1 star for the lack of communication about the shipping and minus another star for the ding on the corner of the phone not in the description.

Poor packing but arrived ok, had to resurface contacts in charge port (charger wouldn't connect but I fix phones). I also had to create an apn that would allow SIM card to operate. I really don't know how you used this phone with the weird apn settings that were on it. Phone works well, battery life ok, bought for another individual who seems to like it. Please pack these fragile devices better. This could have arrived in much worse shape than it did. Thanks

The phone came in while I was out of the country. I did not want to complete the sale until I got back home and was able to look at the phone. The phone was as listed, but seller has terrible communication skills.
