I would not recommend this seller. Phone was locked. Seller offered a refund via PayPal, and even said I could keep the phone as it is useless. But, he never communicated to PayPal that refund was authorized. I emailed him directly and tried to return the phone, but never got a resolution and PayPal refused refund. This seems like a scam to get rid of locked phones.

Worst seller I have ever dealt with! Phone was not clean due payment issue on the account, yet the seller kept insisting it was clean and unlocked and did nothing to fix it. To top it off the seller insisted I return unusable device at my own expense.
