I would give seller 1 star: but based on "swappa's feedback guidelines" this deserves a 2:

"Seller was intentionally deceptive.
Lack of communication after the sale.
An issue with the device surfaced and the seller would not address it"

Basically bought a Galaxy S5 from seller, and it was blacklisted less than a year. (~11 months) Tmobile cited the seller was financing the phone and did not paid it off.

Take caution when buying.

after 2 weeks of use on the device its reported stolen,

Seller said he would ship same day (Saturday,) but didn't take into account that his post office closed at 1. He shipped the following Monday. Item was in mint condition as described, but he forgot to send the charger. He mailed the charger out the day after I notified him.

Device works perfectly, made mistake with selecting address on Paypal and tried to get seller to change, he mailed the device without waiting for me to affirm my shipping address and after I'd posted on the sale asking him to wait.

Shipped and arrived quickly

Phone was as described. Shipping did not occur very promptly, but seller used 2-day shipping so phone arrived exactly one week after purchase. Seller uploaded tracking info to PayPal, but not to Swappa until requested. Overall experience was good.

This could have been a 5 star sale because the phone is as described. But the phone wasn't sent until the 4th day (purchased fri night, mailed Tues night) and then due to lack of postage was held at PO. To the seller's credit, he paid to overnight it to me, so that I received it on 8th day after sale.

Product was shipped & arrived quickly. Seller was prompt in response to questions. Product was as described & had no trouble with activation. I would definitely buy from this seller again. A+

Doing business with Madeline Frye was mostly good. The only problem was the lack of communication through Swappa. As a result, the user sent my phone to my parent's address instead of the one I listed on Swappa. The phone however was received quickly and works flawlessly. The headphones that came with it were a bit dirty and needed a good scrub down. Overall, 4 stars as I got a flawless phone for a good price at the time.
