The seller cancelled the order (which I was fine with) without shipping but refused to refund me the full purchase amount right away. Had to open a PayPal dispute and escalate it to get my full refund.

After a shipping snafu, a replacement phone was mailed and was received in good condition. The phone is perfect and I am very pleased. I appreciated the good communication from the seller.

I'm on the fence about this vendor which is why this review was neutral and not negative. I bought a phone and it was not ready to be activated. Tareek promptly worked with me to see if it could be resolved and unfortunately I had to return.
This is where things took a bit of a left turn. Tareek was not good at refunding my money promptly. It took a little less than two weeks to get a full refund, and still haven't been reimbursed for my return shipping costs.
Overall, not a good experience, but I don't think this seller is malicious.
Edit; I mistakenly said I wasn't reimbursed for return shipping, and I was. So only issue here was promptness of refund. Also, phone came in exact condition as specified.

I'm shocked Tareek has a postive rating. He was a huge pain to deal with. I was without a phone for a week and a half while I fought him for my money back from the useless phone he sold me. Listing guaranteed phone was ready for activation on my carrier. Sprint said the phone was not eligible, which is easy to check online. I raised the issue with Tareek, but he ignored multiple refund requests and just told me it was Sprint's fault, not his. I pointed out that even if Sprint had misconfigured something that caused the phone to not activate, that meant it was not 'ready for activation' and therefore still needed a refund. Tareek constantly gave me pushback and was impossible to work with on the issue. Eventually I had to enforce the paypal protection, and paypal forced a refund immediately. If you're like most people and get what you wanted from him, I guess that's fine, but don't expect him to honor his guarantees if the product is faulty/not as advertised.

Received the phone today as described in mint condition and working very well. Thank you
