After just a few weeks, the screen started flickering and I noticed the LCD was broken on the inside. I never dropped the phone and took it to the Genius Bar only for them to tell me that the screen was not an apple original...something that was not stated in the description when I bought the phone.

This has been an amazing sales experience. Juice Wireless bundles was an amazing, patient seller and even called Sprint on my behalf when I was having trouble activating my phone due to my own fault. I paid for the iphone 6 that was described as new, never used and clear ESN. However, when I got that, I checked, that was not a new one. There were lots of scratches in the back! I was really disappointed. Furthermore, when I checked the activation status, it was already turned on. Definitely that was used one!

Device is in great condition as advertised. This would have been a 5 star review if it did not include how rude the seller was responding to my inquires via text messages. Customer service is something I hold in high regard. Even though the item is great I will not purchase from this seller again based on the empty threats sent to me.

CONS:
Photos did not cover the dents or marks on the bottom and top corners of the phone, and neither did the description.
It was not described that a random iPhone 6 box was included and not the one pertaining to the one sold.
