If I could give a negative number of stars I would. I recieved my device, but it was not working properly, so I contacted the seller to return. He agreed to return and refund, but after returning the device it has been several months and several attempts to get swappa to even intercede and assist in refunding my purchase...what a waste!

Buyer beware! I was unable to activate the phone due to bad esn. Did nothing to help with refund. Buyer beware!

Initial product had some issues with connectivity. But notified the seller and he provided prompt responses and eventually sent a better product with improved storage and other extras to make up for it. New product arrived today and I am very satisfied with it. Expect fast delivery, responses, and fair product resolution when issues arose. I recommend this seller.
