Went to turn it on at Verizon today and they say the phone is "lost or stolen". She was able to remove it from this list. I had a previous good experience with Swappa and now I can not, nor would not recommend this site to other people. You need a better screening process.

Phone arrived swiftly, with all components as promised. Screen slightly more scratched than appeared in pictures, but still excellent condition and good for the price, would have preferred if the description was completely accurate though. Charger and cable were very poor quality, had to replace them myself as they simply didn't work, and seller did not respond promptly to issue. Phone and box were strangely dirty on arrival (fingerprints everywhere, hair and dust all over bottom of case). Trustworthy seller, but possibly not the most professional. Overall happy with my purchase as phone is good quality, but seller could significantly improve service for higher rating.
