Not the seller's fault; carrier gave conflicting/incomplete information as to the phone's status that was not discovered until after I received it and tried to activate. fast shipping phone was mint as stated however had to look up online how to do a hard reset as one of the owners had it password protected and could not enter the mode on the phone to do a factory reset. Other then that great phone great price, saved a bundle over ebay.

everything with the purchase and condition of the phone was Great! except I have to reset network settings or reboot the phone 5x + a day for it to connect to Wifi. Am I doing something wrong or can I exchange this for another phone?
