The iPhone 5 arrived as described and works great, as described. Seller shipped quickly but promised delivery on the day he/she actually shipped the phone, so I waiting two days longer than I had been promised by the seller. Very happy with the phone, however activating an unlocked phone on Verizon is VERY difficult. I tried to activate from my online account, spoke with three Verizon phone reps and a rep at the Verizon Wireless store before a fourth Verizon phone rep finally took pity on me and worked some magic to get the Verizon system to activate the unlocked iPhone 5 on their network. I would not have purchased an unlocked phone had I known it would create so many headaches with Verizon.

The iPhone was the right model, and it was brand new in box as described. Quick shipment, though USPS has it's issues, not the sellers problem. Communicated before purchase and got updates on the warranty status quickly. Happy buyer!

I received the phone. It was in the condition stated by the seller. Seller was responsive and nice. However, it took 3 days longer to receive the device than I was estimated. Overall, If you can't live without a phone for a week you may need to find a buyer with a faster turn around time.

Horrible experience. Seller sold as "NEW". Phone started powering down. Verizon told me it was "USED" Seller would not help. Kept telling me "I will get to my paperwork tomorrow." Just dragged it on. Ultimately no credit, no resolution. Got stuck with a glitchy phone that was supposed to be NEW.
