The phone turned out to be locked or blacklisted. Can't even activate it... Very disappointed

Horrible seller. sold me a phone that did not work on my carrier, has currently been almost a month since i purchased the phone and still it doesn't be unlocked, because the phone is financed.

Ship locked phone and not refund and return bad seller

I would NEVER BUY from this seller.

Sold me a DEFECTIVE PHONE (couldn't swipe the top 1/4 of screen, i.e., couldn't move or open an app or access top menu. Claimed on the day after the purchase to have "overnighted" the phone on day of purchase, but didn't ship it until 4 days later. Did not include the charger as promised. PROMISED a FULL REFUND immediately then never responded to communication again. Communication style - non-responsive and ALWAYS UNTRUTHFUL - works perfectly, shipped it yesterday, included the charger and will give full refund - consistently untrue.

Seller ignored to PayPal dispute. PayPal took the money from his account to issue refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

The only complaint I have with this seller is I was given false information about the ship date. I was told in writing that it was shipped the day I bought it, it clearly shows the day it was shipped on the package two days after Snil984 stated this would not have been such an ordeal if the seller had just been honest and up front about the shipment date I would not have been concerned that the phone had not arrived .Repeated request for the tracking number were ignored now we know why. Extreme caution must be taken when a seller cannot be relied upon to be honest and forthcoming.

Seller sent the polar opposite of what was being described. Enough can't be said about the ill experience and I simply warn others to stay away. From the looks of his/her feedback, it's happened more than once. Tragic. Heed my warning, I encourage you.

This guy deserves one star for delivering in time. Samsung Galaxy s4 had password on it, and was't factory reset. AT&T carrier, back cover was from Verizon. This phone was taking apart. In description didn't say that this phone was refurbished. Under the battery left corner is cracked. Phone wasn't Factory Reset and had password on it. I couldn't reset that phone right away. After researching I was able to find a way to do factory reset on this phone. Disappointed!!!

stay away from this seller ,terrible communication and rude with his customers .wish I can leave less then one star.

I would leave zero star if I can. Waited for four days and the seller cannot ship me the phone and cancel the transaction. Fortunately, I got my refund. BUT, this is not the kind of service I would expect.

Horrible experience. Seller sold as "NEW". Phone started powering down. Verizon told me it was "USED" Seller would not help. Kept telling me "I will get to my paperwork tomorrow." Just dragged it on. Ultimately no credit, no resolution. Got stuck with a glitchy phone that was supposed to be NEW.

Bad Seller. Tried sell me Defective iPhone 4S. Took forever Refund the money.
Will not buy again.
