Phone arrived as described in the listing, after an initial delay in communication seller was very responsive. Great that a case and screen protector were provided, although the protector was the wrong size. Original box holding the phone and chargers was missing, the cord and plug were loose and outside of the smaller box for the phone. Also missing the quick switch adapter. Phone worked right away out of the box.
