Would not recommend this seller to ANYONE didn't receive the phone by the expected delivery date I received it a week later. The seller would not communicate back with me or swappa at all!! Didn't drop the package off until 3 to 4 days later after he said it shipped. This seller is a irresponsible and not trustworthy at all. Will not ever do business with them again and I highly recommend anyone to read prior reviews on him. Not satisfied at all!!!

Device was received as advertised. Took some time to get it mailed.

I discovered this past weekend that this phone is locked to the T Mobile network due to outstanding unpaid balances. This issue was not disclosed by the seller when the phone was sold to me.

Although seller communication was a little off, shipping was pretty fast and the seller was nice. The phone is just as described and working perfectly.

Near perfect device fast shipping

Phone was as described. All is working. Shipment was as described.

This seller mistakenly sent me the wrong product, but worked very well with me to facilitate shipping and a refund after trying to fix it. Recommend!

problems with this sale.
1) took the seller awhile to give tracking number
2) tracking number did not register
3) ask buyer for update since tracking number did not register( never responded to me, but only when I got the
staff Involved.
4) there were some scratches on the back of the phone, which seller did not list
5) I would send it back, but took over a week to get the phone, I'm afraid it will take long for my refund
6} came in a padded envelope, what if the screen crack or envelope got damaged, guess for what I paid for the phone, seller couldn't spend a couple of extra bucks
7) I will never buy from this seller, worst experience ever

The phone looks and works as described, and aside from a transit hiccup- USPS not scanning the priority two day label, and seller not communicating or checking into the issue until a week later- all is good. Follow up regularly with both the customer and products to ensure transactions are going smoothly. That's just better business.

I'm happy with the item and shipping time

Good price and shipping was fast, but phone arrived in a thin yellow bubble-lined envelope with nothing to prevent the packaging from bending. Phone was described as being in "great condition," but screen has clearly been replaced. Several nicks around the aluminum housing where it meets the glass screen, pressure sensitivity issues (phone will occasionally open an app without the screen being pressed), and static-like artifacts around straight line graphics elements when swiping or scrolling.

In the end I kept the phone because I needed a replacement work phone immediately and didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it and shopping around for another new one.

The device is in good condition as mentioned in the post. Only downside is that there were small scratches on the screen and one deeper scratch that can be seen while using the phone that I wish would have been advertised, but other than that I am very happy with the device. The shipping was fast and tracking number was provided.

Phone was defective, the vibrate switch does not work. Seller did offer a refund/return but having already sold previous phone this didn't really work for me as I would be phoneless for a few days. Other than that everything was good.

Dealing with this seller was quite annoying. I have numbered the reasons below:
1. Didn't receive a tracking number until I asked,claimed the person covering for him didn't know to do that
2. I received the phone and there were multiple problems with it, so I had to send it back. I wanted a replacement phone but he claimed there were no phones similar to mine so he would just repair it. A few days pass and then I receive a refund for the phone DESPITE him telling me he sent the fixed phone out already
3. I have to message him myself about why this happened, he didn't bother explaining why or letting me know at all
4. When I sent the phone out he said he would refund the shipping cost but I had to repeatedly ask for him to send the refund back
5. I ended up just keeping my phone refund and told him to forget about it

If you value fast and reliable customer service I would look elsewhere.

phone in good condition, shipped via 1 day priority. everything went swimmingly

Phone is working fine but I took off 2 stars for the following reasons:
1. Communication of shipping status was slow, Seller did not provide shipping info until after 3 business days (5 days total including the weekend).
2. Seller rated condition of 8.5-9 out of 10 was in my opinion overrated. The phone had a number of small dings on the back body that could not be seen in the photos posted.
3. The sim slot lci (liquid contact indicator) was not present. However the Verizon service rep that checked out the phone advised that it seemed ok and the headphone jack lci was not triggered.
After 2 weeks of the phone working well for my daughter I am accepting the sale as is, considering the $384 sale price was good.
